UPDATE: Visited Sat 8th March, after a gap of 3 years, as I was in town. Thoroughly enjoyed. Food was dee-lish. Loved Spicy Chicken Sandwich, Jolli Tenders and desserts. Loved the Mango pie and the colourful Ube White Chocolate Sundae. Staff - Aditi and Anita were nice and helpful. RECOMMEND. [/ENDS] ............................. Visited the Jollibee in Earls Court with 2 kids. Thoroughly enjoyed. Chicken strips and loaded fries, plus the various dips. Loved it! ... Service - so so. Getting our order seemed a little slow. Our number was 611. And noticed other orders after ours were getting theirs before us - as if they'd forgotten it/or forgotten to call out. Went over to ask about 611 and then miraculously, it appeared 10sec later! Hmmm... Other points: There is a mobility scooter there at the bottom of the stairs (to go up ~8 stairs). Food is NOT halal. No parking anywhere near- side road in evening after hours for Resident permit holders. In short: RECOMMEND.

Dine at Jollibee Earl' Court, food is really good! Langhap Sarap! Home away from home experience specially when we met Abi (member of staff). She is very lovely and friendly.

Staff seem to prioritise orders very oddly. I ordered 2 spicy chicken and a spicy chicken sandwhich as well as a drink. The Asian couple behind me who ordered after me and more than me might I add, got their order way before me and I’m waiting an extra 20mins, overall 30mins for my food and they didn’t even called out my order???

I ordered from uber eats. Idk if the restaurant is very busy. I ordered my food 4:05 pm today and It is not yet delivered to me. 2 hours? Really? When, what time will it be delivered to me today? Tonight? Or tomorrow?

I went there with my Partner, the machine ran out of paper and I had to get the cashier to reprint the recipt. She told me to go sit down after, I didn't feel welcome, it was full, I seen a lot of judgement from phillipinos there, they then got my order wrong and I had to go up to the counter they tried telling me I was wrong until they seen the recipet a second time and realised it was wrong.
While eating my partner told me it was undercooked, I didn't think it was. Turns out I was wrong now I have food poisoning and haven't eaten in 24 hrs.
